  Got everything inside and two people came up to me 2 hours after getting the room and said I can't stay after tonight just because they have the room already booked for someone else that they did awhile back 🙄 hot as heck in room while nice weather outside. I'd honestly just advise to stay away from motel 6 franchise if you can, of course if you're low on money do what you want like I did today (living in motels at the moment) but dang the highland inn on west pleasant Ridge and the days inn next door to that 10/10 recommend those and Microtel on cooper

  I originally have a king size bed and was downgraded because the heaters in any of the rooms didn’t work so they gave us a a portable heater which blew the fuse in the room so we were downgraded to a full size bed. The water pressure for the shower was literally a trickle. They charged us $100 dollars for parking because there was a foot ball game which we were not attending.

  The location is superb! I went to go to a Dallas Cowboys game. I know some complain about the charge for parking during a game and unfortunately when a game is going on you will experience that anywhere near the stadium. And if getting there during check in time they will have the parking... I got there after the game had just started but before check in and saw this, but Mario understood and in briefly speaking with him we came to an understanding, which I was plenty happy with since almost every hotel I have been to in entertainment districts or downtowns have a parking fee. So is Expected, I live in Houston TX and any event raises the parking fees or there is one naturally. I cannot express how much Mario's customer service made feel welcomed. Rooms are dated (only reason did not give a 5 star) but as clean as can be and view of stadium was awesome. Air worked fine and I got word renovations are coming! Can't Wait!! Other staff which I did not get their names, sorry, were also great! greeted with a smile and very friendly attitude! I will be staying here again.

  Was not told it had changed ownership to motel 6. We were charged 100 extra per vehicle for parking which was not told to us before showing up. They only had the heat on and had no A/C. They are charging almost 400 dollars a night for a horrible hotel that definitely needs to be renovated. They were also kicking people out with the police who refused to pay the 100 dollars for parking. Worst hotel experience in years. Definitely won’t ever stay here again .

  There is no breakfast as advertised, there are no shampoos or conditioners in the rooms. There are no electrical outlets beside the beds to plug in devices to be charged. And though it is only 40° outside, I was informed that the rooms do not have heat. I was given a space heater that is visibly damaged, and only Heats an area of about 4 ft in diameter. I will never stay at this location again even if it is free. At this point I believe and I need a refund
