  I would like to thank Joy at Morningstar Storage for her handling of a crisis situation. She went above and beyond even so much as to give a courtesy ride to my destination Downtown after the traumatic situation occurred. Thank you for responding quickly to the unfortunate mistakes that took place and doing your best to provide correction and resolve. Your actions and diplomacy have saved a tenant from leaving and looking elsewhere for my storage needs. Sometimes in life it is not just about what happens, but in how one responds.

  I rented for 3 months while I sold my condo. It was a great experience, Joy is a wonderful problem solver. She handled any issues I had immediately and was always quick to answer questions. This was my first time using a storage unit, so I was nervous. The facility is clean, they have ample supplies to help move items, and you get one free use of their moving truck. I was very pleased with my experience, and highly recommend them!
