  BEWARE!! Started off with a recall part needing to be replaced. Got that done... not even a week later check engine light comes on. Was told I need to replace a different part due to the recall part replacement and that would be out of my pocket. Got that replaced somewhere else due to price. Well, giving them the benefit of doubt I took it in for an oil change and inspection.... AGAIN what a coincidence 6 days later I have to take it back because “it was visibly checked” that nothing was wrong when clearly they did not do their job. I had to get something else replaced out of my pocket. I was also lied to twice about why no call was made and then about what happened to the part that needed to be replaced which seems very suspicious. Seems like anytime I went to get something worked on I had to take it back within a week. The Trust with that dealership is completely gone. Will never go back to them.

  An amazing experience buying my first car!! Wonderful salesman, he was actually leaving to go home for the day, saw us wandering around came back and ended up selling me a beautiful SUV. No pressure from them AT ALL! It was a great feeling to see how happy everyone there was to see me buying a car that I truly wanted. I can honestly say that, my family will be back to buy cars from this establishment for the rest of time. You never hear that a car dealership treated someone like family, but that’s the only way Moritz Kia made us feel! Thank y’all for everything!

  We had a great experience at Moritz Kia in Fort Worth. We bought a 2018 Kia Sedona from Scott Walters and he was great from the start to the finish. We were in a time crunch and didn't give them much notice but they got it done and both me and my wife were very impressed with the whole transaction. We would recommend Moritz Kia to anyone looking for a new car. Thanks to all the crew!

  I have been coming to Moritz Kia of Fort Worth since I moved to the area about 2 years ago. I can't say that I have ever had any issues with them. Always friendly and courteous. I have always been able to get the service that I needed in a timely manner. I've even been made aware of issues as they were detected. Great service department.

  Bought a car from Scott Walters recently and could not be happier with the whole experience! He made me feel very comfortable and at ease through the entire process. He was very patient and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and stay within my budget. I will definitely be buying from him again in the future!
