Morcilla is one of my wife's and my favorite places to go out to dinner. It has a great atmosphere and the food is fantastic. If you go there you have to get the ox tail and ribs. The ribs are the best ribs I have ever had anywhere. Being a Tapas place you can try a bunch of different dishes. The service at Morcilla is awesome. We have been there 4 or 5 times and every time has been a joy. I highly recommend it.

We were expecting a quaint Spanish meal. We did not get that. The service was mediocre at best and the food was below that. After reading the reviews and many visits to Barcelona we were excited to find a Spanish restaurant locally. Very little of the food is truly Spanish and we expected more from the service. With so many delicious restaurants near by I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

Extremely elegant. Delicious cocktails and food. Staff is great. Take your significant other on a date here.

Best place to eat in Pittsburgh, or really most of the continental United States, hands down. Great cocktails. You can eat just a few small plates while saddled up to bar, or sit and enjoy a full meal. Bring your appetite, and a friend or two, and try to get one of the large dishes in addition to the tapas...You will not regret it! Make a reservation. Now. Do it!

I've been 6 months living in the US and I am on Pittsburgh for work. One of my apartment mates, carried me to this place. He didn't realize the fact that I'm from Bilbao (Spain) and he was carrying me to an Spanish food restaurant. To be honest, I did not expect too much, but man, the restaurant delivered. After 2 hours eating and drinking wine I realized that I was not at home but on Pittsburgh, at 3821 miles from Bilbao. About the price, if it was Spain it would be expensive, but on the middle of Pittsburgh on the US? I am more than happy to pay that price to feel back home for a few hours.
