  Today ( April 14, 2018) I had Hector G. as my salesperson. He was curteous, friendly, well informed and did not try to push me. He just gave me options. When I got home and looked at my payment contract I did not understand something. I called the store & the young lady in customer service was helpful but couldn't resolve my question. She contacted Hector who was with a customer. She said she would make sure he got the message to call. Hector called me back within a few minutes and he went over the contract with me and even apologized for not being clear. Before hanging up he made sure I understood and offered to go over it again. I said no. He was understanding about my confusion on the wording & again apologized No condescending tone ( as I have gotten before from other sales people ). I cannot wait for my furniture to arrive. Hector was wonderful!

  We had an excellent experience at Mor today. We already had a bad taste in our mouths from a place we visited before Mor, and was skeptical on our experience there. Derioush was amazing. He was there when we needed him with the information we needed, showed us what we wanted and then let us take it from there. He wasn't pushy or overbearing. We went in for just a bed frame, and walked out with a whole bedroom set. I would recommend him many times over to my friends and family.

  My mom and I went in to only "Look" for new couches. We weren't expecting to find any right away. We assumed we would be going from place to place looking for the perfect couches and the perfect price. As soon as we entered we were greeted and was able to have our time to look around with no pressure. We only spent about less than 10 minutes looking around and we found some that was too our liking. When we let the person know who had greeted us that we found the couches we liked he showed us different couches and they were perfect! Pricing. Color and Size! I'll defiantly be back to look for furniture again!

  Our salesman, "D", was spectacular. He checked in at the right times and asked good questions, informed us of the benefits multiple furniture sets. I knew all along that he would make money from the transaction I came ready to make happen, but I loved that he didn't seem to focus on that. "D" was a fantastic person to work with. His patience and ability to honor when I said I need to take a break to think made it very apparent that he has natural instincts about how to interact with people. It's also apparent that he's the kind of sales person you hope for when you walk into a place expecting high pressure shoulders, but

  I would definitely rate this place with all 5 stars! They have a great selection of furniture. And excellent customer service! They were very prompt about answering all my questions about inventory, stock, colors and delivery. They have a wonderful little snack and beverage area, which is perfect for accommodating restless little ones who need to regroup. Mor Furniture For Less definitely went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and delivered in a very timely manner! 😊 I would absolutely recommend shopping here. I was very pleased to find a place that values their customers!
