  Very pleased with Moon Valley. Their communication is very good with text and email notifications. They helped me greatly during a condo sale when I installed a faucet and the buyer & realtor thought I installed it incorrectly when the buyer wasn't patient enough to wait for hot water. You Cannot fix stupid but at least it was only $39 for to get Moon Valley to validate their stupidity.

  We are very pleased with our first experience with Moon Valley Plumbing. The service we received from the initial inquiry to the final outcome was superior. We feel we have finally found our permanent plumbing company. Anthony, our incredible technician, provided amazing service due to his hard work, diligence, expertise, knowledge and proficiency. Not only did he install the new trim kits for the shower, tub and sinks efficiently, but he made suggestions, gave advice and solved other issues. He was willing to also reset our leaky toilet in the guest bathroom and he replaced the outdated outside water valve. His helpfulness, attitude, kindness, patience and professionalism is outstanding. The owner is interested in lifetime customers, and he has one in us. We found a company we can trust and rely on. The office professionals are wonderfully courteous as we received an electronic invoice promptly from Sharon and a wonderful follow-up call from Pam ensuring we had a positive experience, which we certainly did. The excellence in service we received is appreciated!

  We had issues overnight with our tub & toilet backing up. Alex came over the next morning, polite, professional, fixed the issue right away, explained how to keep up with maintenance. He even handled a small separate issue that I've been dealing with for over 2yrs. Reliable service 👍

  Thank you, Moon Valley, your guy Alex is first class. Alex is a rare breed, very professional, detailed & knowledgeable. Our sewer line was backed up, nothing was draining in the house including the toilets…a critical stoppage! Moon Valley rolled up and handled the problem like a champ. I’ve dealt with other companies before, but this experience was a cut above the rest, thank you Moon Valley, great customer service, give Alex and big raise.

  Great service, don't hesitate to give them a call. Alex is the best. He was exceptionally courteous and was able to explain things to me and performed great work. I'll definitely be using MVP again in the future.
