    Best customer service ever! I’ve been having problems with my air conditioner for about two months and went to multiple shops in the area and no one could give me the proper diagnosis. I went online and found Montrose automotive talk to Mr. Abraham and he treated me with respect and explained the problem that I was having in detail what I like about them he updated me about each step I had to take to fix my air conditioner. I compared prices with other shops and Montrose automotive Give me a fair price and fix the problem same day. And I really appreciate the good work that was performed on my car.

    ***Edit 4/6/18*** I was contacted by Abraham about being charged for a diagnostic without being informed. He apologized saying that the consumer should be informed and it was their mistake in not doing so. I appreciated his understanding and he refunded me the cost of the diagnostic. Unfortunately, life got away with me and I was not able to give him my contact info for the refund. He continued to check in on me as I had lost a family member recently. His empathy and kindly checking in with me to make sure this was right impressed me and changed my opinion. There is a reason this building has remained on this corner for over two decades and it's because of their customer service. One bad experience cannot account for the kindness Abraham extended. I gladly eat my words. ***End Edit*** I'm very disappointed to give 1 star however I cannot support any auto shop that does not inform clients of the cost of a service prior to rendering it. That bad business behavior is part of why I do not trust auto shops. I was not informed of the $92 diagnostics charge that would incur prior to the shop completing it and charging me. Assuming I would know they would charge me for a service I've done hundreds of times elsewhere is awful. AutoZone does it for free. These guys charged me $92 to get my car back. Do not trust that they won't with hold the truth to line their pockets. I'm very disappointed I was not informed so I could say no. I will not be going here again.

    I have had 2 great experiences with Montrose Automotive. These guys always accommodate for what I need to be done and are always willing to listen to the concerns about my car. Not only that, but they are very knowledgeable and great at explaining any issues I have had with my vehicle. The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean compared to other automotive services. In terms of pricing, they were able to provide me with the best deals that fit my budget. Highly recommend! Will be going back if I have any future issues with my vehicle.

    FIRST TIME CUSTOMER, and THE BEST SERVICE IVE FOUND IN YEARS I have a 2007 Grey Chevy Tahoe. It had been oddly jerking for a while when driving on the road and one morning on the way to work my car’s engine light was on and was extremely jerky, so I drove under the speed limit because I was worried I would over-work the car. When I got to work I smelled a foul odor under the car hood and didn’t dare to lift it up. I told my co-worker that I was nervous that my car wouldn’t make it home after I got off and she referred me to Montrose Automotive Center. She’s been going for years for everything. I took a leap of faith and went over right after work and thank God it was within 5-miles given the condition of my Tahoe. I didn’t have to wait long for a diagnostic where the representative told me that the reason there is a reduction in my Tahoe’s performance was because of back pressure, which is affecting the running of my engine and stop it from breathing, which indicated the jerking that I had been experiencing with my car. I was offered same-day repair service and 3 hours later my car was revived again! I felt freedom on the road again and the nasty smell was gone. The performance after felt completely different. I will be going back to Montrose Automotive Center for every other car concern I have. I recommend Montrose Automotive Center to everyone.
