  Yesterday May 3, 2018 I was rushing to get check and it’s a walk in because I know there is walk in. At the front desk 5 floor, I was told go to the walk in table, I went to the walk in table and they told me to go back at the front desk (information) and they can help me and there is slot for wall in patients. This guy at the front (dark skin like a Mohawk hair guy) told me oh sorry last hour for us to accept walk in is 4:30 I showed him my phone and I told him but it’s not 4:30 yet... then he told me oh sorry did I said 4:30 I meant it 3:30pm. I said but I did walk in over here before and I was seen. You told me 4:30 and it’s not 4:30 yet now you telling me 3:30. He took my card and i don’t know what he was doing, he called me and told me that the slot available for me is 6pm. I do not understand how a hospital employee can turn down a patient. I was also in the phone with montefiore customers service that time. It’s frustrating why turn down a patient and you gonna tell me 6pm. I feel very disappointed with their service on that day.
