  Absolutely the worst clinic in the Bronx. They seriously need to fire their call center and receptionists. They're super lazy and rude.

  I arrived at 1:45 for a 2pm appointment. At 3:15 my wife went to check what was taking so long and discovered that the intake information was not entered into the system and no one knew that I was there. Still waiting to see the nurse then hopefully today I will see the doctor. This is one he'll of a place to come if you need medical care.

  This hospital is trash to say the least. While some of the doctors and staffs are compliant and good mannered, the waiting time is HORRIBLE. I am not sure if Montefiore is overbooking patients or if there's a lack of doctors, whatever the cause is, this makes everything else go slow. I do not recommend this clinic, especially if you are in rush or simply an impatient person. Coming in for a vaccination should not take 3 hours plus -- that is beyond ridiculous and INCONSIDERATE.

  A not so good Dental practice. The treatment is ok, but the waiting time is horrible ! Dr. Williams really should have more manner. Last visit, I got a nasty "what are you here for for ". Anybody thinking of coming should go elsewhere !
