  Thank you Monroe Limousine for getting us to the Hall and Oates/Train concert at Madison Square Garden last night in style and on time! Our driver Paul was professional and courteous. I loved getting dropped off in front of MSG and having our car waiting there for us when the concert was over. So much better than using a ride share company or mass transit. Your impeccable service made our night even better. I will definitely recommend your company to my family and friends.

  I have nothing but positive things to say about Monroe.   The worst! I was in my dress about to go to the church and the limo driver stopped me from entering the limo because there was a balance due??? Couldn't have been a worse time to collect....also, he was late. Would not recommend.
