  I have been using Monroe for over 10 years, Chris and his staff have always been prompt and helpful. They transport over a 1,000 cars a year with no issues for us.

  Horrible Company, stay clear!!! Use Central Dispatch where you can see there reviews before hiring a bad company like Monroe Transport. I've been in the car business for over 20 years. I've hired hundreds of different transport companies to move thousands of vehicles for me. I've had mostly good experiences and some not so great but I've never had a more horrible experience than working with Chris Henry and his rinky dink company Monroe Transport. So now I am going to give my 1st bad review. Chris promised very big but delivered very little and delivered very late. He made up lie after lie as to why he was a month late with the 1st two loads then kept making up lie after lie about why he was going to be late with the last load. So I finally had to bite the bullet and spend a lot of extra money and fly drivers out to NY to get the rest of my vehicles. His lies and poor business ethics not only cost me a lot of extra money but more importantly I lost several customers whom I'd boughton these vehicles for. Then he had the nerve to turn it on me and give me my 1st and only bad review on Google. He claimed that he never got paid, that's only partially true. He got paid for what he did but he certainly didn't get paid for what he didn't do. Lying will get you no where good, it will only dig you a deaper hole. Man up Chris, admit when you're wrong, learn from your mistakes and move on.

  The owner has a foul mouth doesn't know how to treat people. I wouldn't trust this company with a dollar let alone a car!
