  As a regular customer for years I can assure you that this is one of the best repair shops in Poughkeepsie. We have had many of our cars serviced there and they have never let us down.Great diagnoticans and full service maintenance skill sets on their team. Now more than ever, George and Joe and the whole team are courteous and thorough with their work. On those occasions where I needed their help in an emergency they have always been there for me. Please continue the good work as I know I will continue to use them for all of my family's automotive service requirements. I give them 5 stars and A+++++ in my opinion for they are the best at satisfying me with their automotive services.

  I’ve been at this Monro location about 5 times for several different services (State inspections, oil changes, muffler replacement, rear brakes) and I have had really good experiences every time. Joe and George are both such courteous people. And I am surprised every time at their prices. I’ve had quotes from other garages in the area and Monro is always the least expensive. They always honor the coupons that they mail me. And on top of that there’s often some sort of discount if you use the Drive Card. I’m not someone who likes having a million credit cards, but I recommend their Drive Card. We opened the card when we got that big brake job and got 0% financing for 6 months, which needless to say was extremely helpful. I bring both my Grand Cherokee and my Civic here for everything now.
