::I saw my British cousin wearing a bracelet and really loved it. I asked about the designer and fortunately, they have a store here in the US and luckily it happened to be here in New York! I wanted to get an engraving and it was causing a bit of trouble as the design was very specific and small. The staff was VERY patient about making this happen for me as I purchased two. I spent about an hour in the store trying to make it work. There was an issue with the machine so they took my information and promised that they would get to the bottom of it. I phoned the next day and they offered to fix the machine, use the design I requested and had a person deliver it to my office once it was finished. They were able to do it so quickly. I was obviously overwhelmed with happiness that it worked out as I needed it done in at least 3 days. I would recommend this store and their jewelry. They showed me that they will go above and beyond every time. Special thanks to Maria, Jimmy, and everyone who took a moment to make this happen!
