  Zero stars! Reset check engine light, it came on a block from his dealership, he intentionally puts dead batteries in cars that have re-set check engine light button. I went to let him know I felt tricked and should be refunded, while I was there a customer called with the SAME EXACT PROBLEM but instead of an older Lexus his was an older Mercedes (same trick dead battery + reset check engine light+no inspection). Bought a car from Sam, he puts on a good front to pretend he`s not rude or a thief but here are the many issues.... Car was on empty at time of purchase, no gas. Got gas across the street (I was there until close so they took off after I left) I went to start the car after filling it up but THE CAR WOULDN`T START I had to get it jumped. 3. Less than a block from the dealership on my way home the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT GOES ON (I took a pic with my phone). 4. That night my Mom had to be taken to the hospital, I had to get the car jumped again just to take her to the ER.. the next day I tried to go visit my Mom but the car would NOT start even after jumping it.. 5. I told them "hey check engine light went on you re-set it , huge problem". they told me in a careless voice, "bring it in it needs to get checked out and inspection sticker" , I was calm but upset and told them I would bring it in but it won`t start so send a tow truck to pick it up". They of course do not do that they wanted me to spend more money to repair the problem so I can bring it in, at that point I just wanted to be able to visit my Mom in the hospital not drive to the dealership wondering if driving that far was even safe with the check engine light on. I later told someone about my issue, they told me the law says the car dealer needs to have the car inspected before selling or at time of sale (same day). I did previously pay a deposit to hold the car so they should have gotten it inspected then. 6. I was expecting them to send me the plates in the mail but no plates showed up after expiration date so I went there to pick them up but when I got there someone who works there took the expired temporary plate off of the back of the car and told me he needed to give me new temporary tags (huh ..? why not the permanent plates?) he stated that the plates were not ordered because the car was not or could not pass state inspection (although I paid for tags, inspection, tax, and such at time of sale $500 added to 3,500). Hmm dishonest and not legal. I called DMV they told me he is required by law to register the car in my name within 20 days of sale but he did not. The guy who took the expired temp plates off of the car I paid for told me "you need to leave car here I can not let you drive home" so me and my 75 year old Mom who is very sick had to sit and wait for a ride from Lyft.. not so professional of the dealership. Now Mondial Auto Sales (Sam) has both my money and my car, it may be required to re-sign a bill of sale since I would need New temporary tags but I will refuse to sign and once again ask for my money back since they are much too shady to do business with. Don`t be fooled they are very friendly when you are handing over money but if ever a disagreement is politely stated they rudely speak over you and make nonsense excuses without ever hearing the initial complaint or issue. I have called a lawyer who will be able to get my money back in full, two reasons even though "as is" status of sale... 1. sold without state inspection sticker. 2. Failed to register within 20 days. PS. My mechanic told me the Lexus RX300 had very badly bolted in lower control arms or the wrong lower control arms as the tires were not upright. I have many pics and videos of these issues that have date, time, plate number, ect to prove all of this is 100% true. Buyer BEWARE, drive for 10 miles or more so the alert lights that were reset go on before driving away or better yet go buy from someone very honest.

  Great place to do business,Sam and staff awesome!Greeted at the door,Sam new what vehicle I was there for from our previous conversation.Just gave my wife and I the keys pointed out the best route and said take your time.Just like that,you can see he had confidence in the vehicle. Got back to the lot,went into the office purchased the vehicle with absolutely no pressure whatsoever.Drove the vehicle over 500 miles back home.It was a blessing to have made that call to Sam and make the 1000 mile round trip because the vehicle was everything it was advertised to be.I would say to anyone interested in a great vehicle,check with Sam and his staff,even if you have to travel the inventory is that nice.

  I went in to look at a used car I found online. The car met my expectation. I am happy with the purchase. The buying experience was overall the best of my car buying experiences having purchased three new cars and now three used cars. Thanks Sam working with you was the best experience of all. I really enjoyed the coffee you made for me. Your courteous, kind and impressionable attitude made me feel like I was being treated well and I have a excellent car!!

  Sam is a great guy, worked with me personally the entire way. Had an issue with the battery a couple weeks after i bought my car and he replaced it free of charge. Good prices and great customer service. He regularly helps people out of state too. Highly recommend to anyone needing a car.

  We found a car at Modial Auto Sales through our bank’s car buying service. Looked very clean in the pictures but located almost 4 hours from our home. After speaking with Sam the owner, who assured us that we would not be disappointed, we decided to make the drive. Sam was correct, we were not disappointed and actually pleasantly surprised. The car was very clean and in excellent condition. We purchased the car that afternoon and drove home. Very pleased and will check with Sam the next time we are in the market for a used car.
