::My mother pre-paid for her services with Monarch. She told everyone in the family for years her plans and that she had pre-paid. When I found out from doctors she was going to die I called Monarch, they looked her up and said to call when it happened. I did, They cremated her then later billed me. I was not going to pay these people twice and could not afford to do so. I could not find documents from my mother paying many years before – so Monarch sued me. Terrible experience, why would anyone lie about a matter like this? Horrible company be very, very careful.
