  I love that this place is open late night! Its really good to have a healthy spot to go after going out downtown instead of the other options out there. The Fish has always been fresh everytime I have been there and the Portions are just right. The Classic and Street Figher are my favorite it just depends if Im craving kewpie mayo or Truffle yellowtail. I guess I can just make my own with both... need to try that the next time. I also really like the conservatory food hall. I'm surprised its not packed all the time. I think people need to know about this place! Thats why I'm writing this review because it seems like a secret still...

  Food is amazing, but their ordering system is the worst. They used to have a board with the menu, now that's gone.... Walk up to the counter and they enforce you to fill out this piece of paper with the menu and then they still ask what you want to order...... The day I went they had issues printing the menu which made is so much worse! In the end if you don't hear your name, they will leave your food sitting there without a name so it's hard to tell if that one is yours if youjust walk up to check...........

  The place has many stations below the stairs, lots of options. The vibe is good. On the pricey side though. Definitely a place for a date or friends to hang out.

  Decided to come here during lunch. Although there was a line, the wait was fairly quick. Basically you take one of the order sheets, put your name on it and fill out the rest. You can choose from the preselected poke bowls or you can make your own. I got the HTX, super delicious! The salmon/ tuna tasted fresh and everything in the bowl went perfectly together. I really liked that the poke bowl wasn't 90% rice, you definitely got a good amount of seafood for the price. Will definitely be back to try more.
