  Wanted to get a gift for my wife. Tried to buy a couple of spa packages for my wife but was told that I couldn't buy specific packages. I could buy a gift card for the total amount or could make and appointment for her to get the service but they wouldn't sell me a specific package. Not very good customer service. I went to another spa and bought the packages I wanted.

  Wonderful massage and zen wrap, facial was superb. Pedi and mani are very very basic. Amenities are wonderful and comfortable, the robes are oversized and plush. No handlebars in showers, at risk for falling because of slick floor. Overall great experience.
