  They have a great selection of tea here. Staff is very nice. They have seats and tables. They take both credit ($10 minimum) and cash. I believe the teas come in one size. The place is pretty clean. So far I tried the Bubble Milk Tea and the Oreo Milk Tea. You can get Coffee, Cheese tea, Parfaits, Classic Milk Teas, Fresh Fruit Teas, and Uji Matcha.

  This brand new tea shop is creative, fresh and tasty. However the cheese gets to be a bit heavy towards the end. You can choose your sugar and ice level. Fruit tea cups are bigger than the regular tea drinks. Most drinks include cheese but advise if you want without it. Bubbles are optional and additional.

  I found this place on my way home, it was delicious and very friendly staff, I will definitely come back :)
