  I purchased a while Sol Fire Modfire from Brandon last November. The Sol Fire is absolutely stunning and Brandon is always a pleasure to interact with. I love the Modfire brand and all the beauty they are out to create. A++ for this product design brand!

  Modfire is the iPhone of fireplaces. Sleek, simple, and beautiful, it is a functional art piece for our back yard. We get more compliments on it than anything else back there. It has always worked perfectly and it’s really easy to use. We have the propane version and it’s on in an instant. I’ll often pop it on and smoke a pipe or cigar while enjoying the cool weather around the warm fire. One day I’ll be able to get one of each in the line but for now I’m loving the original. It’s a must have.

  I LOVE my Modfire!! Looks great on my deck but I also take it with me when I take my airstream out. I Always get comments about it because it is as much art as it is functionality. Brandon is a true American craftsman and an amazing timeless designer.

  Drives me crazy... I supported this company over the years because they make cool stuff, but customer service is a joke. Much like another review I ordered a cover for my fire pit - the covers are made by Loll, a great company by the way. After repeated attempts to find out when my cover would be delivered to Brandon at Moddfire with zero response, I contacted Loll directly after 8 weeks only to find the order had never been placed - Loll is taking of care of me! I only hope they get paid by Modfire, as he charged me for zero product rendered. I’m done with Modfire forever. - and feel bad I defended them when Target ripped them off.. at lest target has some customer service... I hope Loll separates themselves, they don’t need the guilt by association.

  If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered a cover for my fire pit in January of 2017 and it NEVER ARRIVED. It's currently 10/17. The owner kept making excuses as to why it was taking so long, then just stopped answering my calls and emails. I contacted the BBB and he didn't even respond to them! Don't buy from them, not worth the hassle. The fire pit's basin floods in the rain and water fills into the gas line, making the pit unusable, even when the water is evaporated. I had to call a plumber to clear the line. Which is why I ordered the cover.... Just skip and buy from someone else completely.
