  Just resigned my lease for another year. I love the property. Nice and peaceful community and an excellent staff. Everyone is very professional and works hard to make sure the residents needs are met. I would certainly suggest for anyone to move here.

  We stayed at Modera Westside for about 13 months. Everyone here has been great, and is very helpful and friendly. This apartment living experience has been better than our previous ones. We really enjoyed the community activities they plan occasionally as well! I was able to use the community hall many times as well, which was a big plus for us! Thank you to the Modera Westside team!

  We love living at Modera! It's a wonderful community. Monthly they host events for the community and they're always looking for ways to support local charities. We stop by the office just to say hi! We love the pool, it's great for little kids and the lifeguards are very attentive.
