  The store, the products are good at this place. I do not complain about any quality of an item either being sold or shipped to me. However, the people that work there are mentally slow and incapable of understanding the basics of billing, shipping and handling, and how a bank operates. The speed with which they TRIED to help me is abnormally slow. When I went to the other store in Woodbridge (which I do recommend going to ), everything was as fast at lightning; the manager knew excatly what to do and we didn't spend longer than twenty minutes in the store. We also did not have to repeatedly tell the manager what to do as the manager KNEW what to do and did not need our help. The manager at Old Bridge was purely pathetic (old man with balding gray hair). I honestly have no idea how a man like that hold a job of such a high position, since he is a pure disappointment. To this day, I have not received the item I ordered nor the refunded $10 I was suppose to acquire through an e-mail, because he has no idea how to operate simple billing. If you plan to buy something in this store and leave, do it. If you plan to do anything else, go to a different store. The people in here are purely pathetic.

  This is a typical Modells. Nothing special. I usually don’t have any issues here but I purchased a pair of Timberland hiking boots, I didn’t immediately wear them but when I went to take them out of the box I saw they were previously used. They didn’t even bother to try and clean them. Rocks on the bottom and minor scratches here and there. I couldn’t find the receipt and it was weeks later. I thought they would think I was the one that wore them and tried to return. Probably won’t shop here again due to this.
