  Modamas painted the back walls of our 10 unit building in the fall and they did a great job. Alfredo led a hard-working team of guys who were unfailingly diligent, polite and careful. Since the job was more complicated than it first seemed, there was flexibility as far as the extra costs were concerned.

  I am not usually big on reviews, but the fact that there's only one negative one for Modamas needs counterbalance. I have used Modamas for years. Everyone of their people has been thoughtful, courteous, and professional. The quality of the work has been very good, on time and budget. I will continue to use them.
