  The person who took our order from the hospital dont speak English well. He deliver the wrong orders, i told him no mushroom because i get sick from it. He still sent mushroom in my food, and got 2 other orders wrong. He told me he will not come back and that he wont deliver to my job anymore, we order about 3 times per week minimum $40-$60. no apologies for sending the wrong food. On top of that he was Obnoxious, rude with a bad attitude. He needs anger management and training how to deal with customers. Will never order from MOCA ever again.

  The food is ok, the customer service is the worse. I had problems with my order. They never admit that they are wrong, I was never rude I just wanted them to make things right, instead they have blocked my number. Complain more than once and they will block you.

  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I placed an order to be delivered. I’m at work in a school and don’t alway have access to my phone. Apparently, when you place an order for delivery, they don’t come to the door unless you answer your phone. I’ve placed many delivery orders from many places. Maybe I’m going crazy, but don’t they come to your door to deliver food? I didn’t know I could receive my food over the phone. And when I asked if he left a message, the woman said he doesn’t speak English. How could he have told me my food was here, but not really here because he didn’t deliver it, unless he spoke English? Terrible.

  they delivered the dish incorrectly and refused to deliver the dish correctly. will never use them again. what kind of food service establishment sends the wrong food and refuses to send the right dish. never ever had that happen before.

  I go for the Bento lunch box. It's made when you order, fresh salmon 2 pieces, rice, soup or salad 2 dumplings and california roll. One thing they should pan fry the dumplings, it's the only thing I'm not crazy about.
