  parking here is a joke . i have guests over and there’s no place to park. my neighbors across from me have 5 cars , NOT ENOUGH SPACE IN THEIR DRIVEWAY so they park at guest parkings, sometimes all 5 of them are out at guest parkings . they go out of their way to hog parking. no matter how much we complain, staff doesn’t do anything. i’ve called and complained to staff many many times, they say they’ll “do something about it” nothing ever happens. if you plan on moving here i suggest looking elsewhere if you plan on having company over because petty people live here who go out of their way to be mean, not to mention the staff doesn’t ever give out tickets like they threaten they will. i’d also like to mention that the residents here have a routine when to switch their cars from their driveway to guest parkings .

  This is a really nice neighborhood. There’s never suspicions activity or anything around here. We got a new manager like around a year ago and let me just say that she’s been the WORST and strictest yet. Management is doing a HORRIBLE job. To get into the pool and gym home owners have to physically be here. The other residents that live with them cannot. Even if they’re over 18+. They ask some homeowners for their house registration. I’ve lived here for 8 years, during my time here we’ve been through 3 managers in total including this one. The last one was strict but she was not as bad as this one. I’m highly disappointed with management.

  People have to fight for parking space at times or have to help them selfs for because the manager does help unless you called the head office of the company for help then I want her assistance what up with attitude

  The pool was closed most of the summer and still isn’t open, assistant manager is disrespectful! She records people with her phone without permission and for no reason

  This park seems like a little get away from the normal area scenery. Family oriented park and rent is comparable to surrounding parks. Staff is very friendly and attentive to any issues.
