  I would give it zero stars if I could! They recently changed owners and it's gone down hill ever since!! Horrible horrible customer service and the machines both dryer & washers have problems! If you tell the older gentleman about the problem he looks so scared to talk to you and it's because the owner mistreats him!! I have heard her calling him names and being disrespectful! I spoke with the owner and let her know about an issue I had with a dryer I put in money and the machine didn't dry my clothes at all it didn't even heat up!! The owner was very mean about the situation and stated she wouldn't give me back my money to put into the machine! She stated that Her machines were "perfect"and it was me who was the problem! I was furious!! She was very very unprofessional and called me names in Spanish! I will never go back to this laundromat ever again! I was a loyal customer for many years and the owner stated she didn't care!! Don't bother to go here unless u don't mind losing money and being robbed!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!
