  The worst car service in NYC. There service has gone way down. Very rude office people and drivers. Beware or just don't ever use them to stay safe. Rather trust Uber from now on because Uber makes sure to have competent and legal drivers on the road.

  Was quoted a price this morning from Wilfred who was very nice. Then called back and spoke to someone else who wouldn't honor the price Wilfred gave me, was very rude to me and hung up on me. Horrible customer service.

  Good service comfortables cars Drivers and Dispachers are very friendly And the most importantly their prices are very reasonable
