  I recently had my office space gutted and fully renovated by both Bob and Mizzi, They handled not only my renovation with professionalism but my time as well. Just the thought of contractors would make me panic. THEY CHANGED THAT THEORY FOR ME! They helped us complete this big project on our originally discussed goal date.. This was my first experience with Bob and Mizzi and truthfully speaking I would use them each time I start any major project and also be confident on having them build my home one day, I refer to them as my "DREAM TEAM".

  I just finished a complete renovation of four (4) commercial floors for my new office in Flushing and I couldn't be happier. I was dreading the project having worked with "Contractors" in the past. However, these Gentleman respected my time lines and came through on all commitments. Be forewarned that this level of professionalism does not come at a discount. I would highly recommend Mizzi and Brancaccio to anyone who has a project that they want done right and on time. Will definitely use them again...

  I recently finished construction on my house Montauk. It was a huge project as we put a second floor over a cathedral ceiling. Bobby Brancaccio,who we fondly refer to as Bob the Builder, assured me that all would go well and it did! The house looks gorgeous. Everything was done professionally, on time,with attention to detail with gorgeous moldings and doors. I highly recommend this company! Dawn Kloepfer
