  No response to inquiries about extremely late order that wasn't shipped. Eventually filed a dispute on the charge, after replacing items from another vendor. The dispute caused them to ship something quickly in an extremely incorrect size (about 3 times the measurement ordered), but lost the dispute as they now had a months late tracking number for items I no longer needed even if they were correct. Basically, I burned $100 shopping from them.
