::I do not recommend this place to anybody looking to detail their vehicles. To them you are just another number and they are trying get the next vehicle done. I paid $75.00 for their exterior and interior detail. They do not “clean” the cars they just shine on top of the dirty surfaces giving it a clean appearance. I told them i was no pleased with their work so they went back and “cleaned” it again and here are the results. Still not pleased.

::The saying is, "you get what you pay for...." In this case not true. My car was dirty inside and out so I believed taking it to a place where they use elbow grease would be just what my Firebird needed. I purchased the most expensive package to ensure she, my bird, received the attention she needed. Well I guess the elbow grease liquid didn't clock in. My Bird was at the exit section so by the time I picked here up i didn't see their work ethic until I hit the clutch. I even gave them a $5 tip because doing the elbow grease is hard in the sun. So look at the pictures and tell me if that was $41...find another place. See my pictures on YELP

::I went today for the 1st time at I-10 and Hawkins, and chose the 20 package. I expected the car would take some time, but in a bit less than 10 minutes it was ready. I couldn't believe it, until I saw it and saw the poor quality. The vacuum from the inside was extremely poor, I told the guy and he semi cleaned it; I left without checking the outside (I wasn't expecting I had to check it, I mean with 20 dlls you expect something). When I got home and saw the front, I couldn't believe. It was very very dirty, birds poop were still on the hood, all over the front, the bumper and grill seemed like they had not done any cleaning. I never go back, but this time I did and told them. They explained its that usually the automatic machines go by and that's why those stains are not removed, I then said, I understand that, but I would expect someone to clean it after it went through the machine, I mean why would you pay 20 for a machine clean only, why would there be so **many** workers there then, what's their function? The guy (kindly) semi started cleaning it, I had to be telling him, which was very uncomfortable and annoying for me. I am usually not complaining over services but, this is entirely services and they need to improve, or lower prices. The workers were nice, but their quality was very bad, not for the money. *I do not recommend this place* My first review ever

::I've been a customer for years. The quality and attention to detail has dropped off dramatically. I noticed this start happening after they went to the shared tipping model. Tips now get split evenly among workers and it takes away the incentive for individuals to compete for better tips by performing excellent work. I understand why they went to this system, but it may have had a huge impact on quality. I love to tip folks extremely well for doing a great job. Unfortunately, however, my vehicles have looked mediocre at best when I drive away. Good management skills may be needed to recognize and change this trend.

::Good place for a car wash. Had a full detail 33-38$ I believe and it was worth it. But the interior was cleaned mostly vacuumed but the dashboard and doors panels or leather didn't seem to be cleaned or given a nice shine with armor all. But I didn't look to see if that came with the package. So just make sure you check out the description of what you're getting to be fully satisfied.
