  It's a very Friendly Exercise and Work Out Place for Women. My Daughter, has been going there for about a year. She loves it. After workout everyone buys a a Protein Shake. I did buy one and it was Delicious! That shake can take place of a meal. Kudos to Miss Fit!

  This place is amazing! They are so encouraging and make you feel comfortable in your own skin. Plus they welcome my 9 month old to be there! Which means so much to me!

  As a health coach at the studio, I have seen this place grow and grow. Women constantly walk in for a good workout but leave with something more than. Not only do you get a great workout from the classes but women leave the studio feeling powerful and beautiful. We offer pre and post workout shakes that not only taste good but aren't filled with fatty sugars. Miss Fit is a great place to meet new people and start a healthier lifestyle.

  Great environment! Miss Fit is a place to build yourself. Here you can purchase protein shakes, fit teas, take workout classes, and do personal training! Totally recommend for someone who is ready to focus and build a better you!
