  The only word I can use to describe this experience is terrible. Had three incidences with this laundromat. Two times my clothes were removed from the dryer while still wet and somebody used the rest of the time I paid for. Then some of my clothes were stolen. The worst part is that when I asked for help, neither other customers, nor employees did anything. When I asked for the contacts of their manager, they pretended they did not understand English. The employees did not even apologize. It's all you need to know about people who work there. By the way, I saw them multiple times dropping clothes of the customers who pay for the pick-up service. Pants, socks and blouses were at the floor and the employees stepped on them. Is that why you need to pay some extra money to do the pick-up service?! Just disgusting!!!

  You can't believe how nasty these people are and so inconsiderate with their service. Don't trust these people with your clothing at all. You have to be lucky if they ever bring your clothes back.
