::Park is advertised as 55+ and it is definitely not that. Park is in a high crime area and we were more afraid of the people inside the park than outside. On several occasions, we witnessed drug deals going on inside the park by park staff to other campers. Management rules by intimidation at this park. Not a park to be in at all.

::Cheap But horrible restrooms. Laundry might or might not work. Nice manager but don't believe everything she says. Lots of perm residents. Super small tight park. NEAR DOWNTOWN BUT ALSO NEAR A BAD NEIGHBORHOOD. gun shots close by , helicopters, drug dealers, hookers, homeless people everywhere and if you are near the street it's LOUD all the time. loud cars and trucks and Harleys blasting by at all hours

::Pricing is pretty good. Location is central to much of the greater Tucson area with many things to see and do in the area. Lots of good food choices for dining out/carryout/delivery. WalMart Neighborhood Market close by for grocery needs. Office staff is kind and helpful. I've only encountered one resident whom I'd rather not associate with. He was out in front of his lot screaming at someone else making threats of violence against them. It's pretty quiet in the park, overall, and though the surrounding neighborhood looks a little rough, there isn't an overly abundant amount of sirens or police calls in the immediate vicinity that I have seen.

::We got in when someone got sick( last minute)stayed 4 nites. Katie very accommodating and Kathy drove us where we needed to go.

::Very reasonable prices. Management staff are exceptionally nice. Spaces are small but you should expect this in an older park. There are many long term residents here and they were very friendly. WiFi is free. Large collection of DVDs in the office - no charge for their use. There are a laundry room, showers, clubhouse on site.
