  Got injured by worker. Asked to speak with owner. No response. While filling out paperwork I got hit by a huge mattress on my neck. Went to hospital and found out my neck was sprained . I called to speak with owner and was told that I would have a restraining order put against me for harrassment. This is unbelievable! Also was harrassed by the staff. I was told if I wanted a massage and got laughed at. What a horrible experience. This saddens me deeply.

  I like your twin towers deal you did in 2016 I got two mattresses for the price of one I'm gay so me and my boyfriend needed a new bed anyway. oh, and your commercial was really funny. Keep it up! ;)

  We stumbled upon this establishment after lunch and came across a floor salesmen named Brian and the Floor Manager Art..We talked about the pricing and everything sounded great with the discounts and such, but after signing was the start of a horrible beginning. Firstly, they don't give you an exact time as for when delivery is, so you are essentially running on their time not your own..Total inconvenience to the consumer...I had called the day before the scheduled delivery date and spoke to Art. I asked him what time more less was his movers going to stop by and he told me more towards 2p or after 3pm.. Again not an exact time.. I call the next day of delivery ( at 3pm) and Art answers...."Oh my god I just was about to call you"... sure....He then tells me it would be sometime between 5pm-8pm. So I wait..Finally around 7:30ish they call me that they're outside my apartment building. When they leave and I'm looking at the quality of the mattress I'm immediately disappointed. It looked like it has been used before me (probably the show room model) with several marks and not to mention the brand scratched out with a permanent marker, which he said they have to mark out the logo because of overstock issues?. Lies... I call the establishment and talk to Art. He essentially told me you got a cheap discounted mattress so deal with it. I work for a hotel and always make sure my guests are taken care of and would NEVER handle it this way. That's like telling a guest of mine "Oh you found roaches in your room and your sheets weren't cleaned? Too bad, you payed a discount rate so don't complain" Totally unacceptable...I told Art I would not write a bad review but at the end of our conversation it was clear from these reviews he is not going to fix the situation. Do not invest your time and money here. Brian, you were awesome and helpful as you could be from the beginning Call me if you ever need a job. I pay more...
