  This review is specifically for one of the employee called Pratibha. Have been going here for a year and this was the most painful and horrible experience . She could not communicate properly and was constantly complaining in her local language to her collegue, despite me requesting her to not talk while doing my eyebrows. I had a trainee do my eyebrows here a while ago and still did not have so many cuts and raw skin at the end. AND she said she was working here for 2 years now!!?!?!????? The place has consistency in terms of providers and their training level. They are cashing on the fact that there aren't many eyebrow threading places in lexington.

  I've been here 3 times and it's always been a good experience. One time I had to wait about 5 minutes, which is nothing, and the other two times I didn't have to wait at all. I am always extremely pleased with the results.

  Worst threading experience ever! I have been getting eyebrows threaded since 10 years. My other place was closed so I went here few weeks ago. Had to wait for an hour. The girl was nice but she was soo slow. She was taking one hair out at a time. Very inexperienced. Hurt like crazy. Find someone who has couple of years of experience and they charge less than this place. Wasted an hour, went through a lot of pain and paid more than what other people charge. Never going back.

  If I could put a half star review I would. Always understaffed. I brought my daughter up to Lexington just to get our brows threaded...and because she didn't want to actually do her job she said she couldn't do them bc she had to clean bc she wanted to be gone by 6. They don't close until 6. I will NEVER go there again...and to get mediocre service anyways. LOL

  This is the worst place to go to have your eyebrows done BEWARE! I paid for my girlfriend to go and get her eyebrows done $15 later leaving one eyebrow very nice and the other might as well have shaved half of it away! Also with the lady who did them not paying any attention to her Instead talking to other people when she should have put her full attention on her client this store doesn't even deserve a single star. Lucky them that giving a single star is my only option to leave a review. Again do not go here unless you don't care about the people not paying attention to you and or ruining your eyebrows
