  Very attentive and in tune with my husband. Actually took time to show interest and care about my husband’s hearing issue. The office is clean and Penny, the receptionist is awesome!!

  I would like to say that Paul at Miracle-Ear went out of his way to see me at the Novi office. He was so helpful at fixing my hearing aids so that I could hear much better then what the aids were set from the previous Big Rapids office. He also gave me a figure as to what new hearing aids would cost which Big Rapids did not want to let out that information. I had asked him about loaners if the hearing aids need to get fixed and sent in , he politely said he can help in that matter. So I must say he is special. Penny you are special also in my books. Thank you ever so much as to giving me directions to the Novi Office.

  Went for a test today and Pat was as helpful as ever and made sure that I was adjusting the hearing aid correctly for volume and tone. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Thank you to everyone there.

  I've been taking my mother here for years now and am always so pleased at the service she receives. The staff is always friendly and take the time needed to test, adjust, explain and make her comfortable. Thank all of you for all you do, and helping me get mom to the car!
