  DAN WAS AMAZING!! Best customer service experience I have ever had. This man worked with me for FOUR HOURS to make sure that my toilet was replaced correctly and efficiently. Never once did I notice an ounce of frustration when our toilet gave him problem after problem, he kept me updated and remained very respectful and friendly. I will defiantly recommend this service to anyone who needs a patient, courteous, honest and detailed oriented job done.

  The service we received from Bill was outstanding. We called to have several small issues looked at - slow flow on the kitchen faucet, all drain plugs in each sink was stopping up, slow leaks in the kids bathroom. He was on time. He is a good communicator, letting us know what he was doing and lent his expertise which in turn saved us money by not needing replacement parts. Bill did it all in a short amount of time and a fair price. We will definitely call upon him again for any future plumbing needs as he had good craftsmanship. This is one very pleased customer!

  This company came to my house for an assessment and blamed a previous plumber for damaging the boiler. I called to make a complaint because my boiler man (whom I've used for years, was unavailable and the last person to fix my boiler was him). I called this company to turn on the heat and was given a long song and dance about buying a "new boiler." Companies like these should be shut down for preying on the customer's for money. I don't care if its a blizzard or freezing like in the movie "The Day After Tomorrow," I will NOT call this company ever again. I suggest people do not use their services. When my boiler man was finally available again...he expressed that the company I called--Minutemen--broke the coupling, cut the piece and starting point. Only thing I asked was for an explanation about what occurred at the time of the estimate and was spoken to in a condescending manner. I believe honesty is the best policy, and this company lacks integrity. The false reviews speak volumes and the "good" reviews seem fraudulent. Don't bother with minutemen!

  I found this company while searching for a plumber to unclog my dran. The person on the phone was very nice and said he'd have a man at my door in 30 minutes. The guy showed up on time looked at the job and quoted me a price. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He took care of the clog and I paid what was a very reasonable price for the level of service. I would use them again.
