  I held my spot online before coming in and was seen by the doctor within 10 minutes of checking in at the kiosk. After my exam she wrote my prescription which was ready in 15 min at the pharmacy. Very efficient trip to the clinic when I was feeling terrible.

  I thought that the visit went fine until I had to deal with the aftermath of them billing the incorrect insurance. My visit was in May and I am still dealing with their mess. They scanned my actual insurance card, so there is no excuse for this continued mess up. Minute Clinic billed me in June, July, and August. Each time I received a bill, I called MC and had to wait about an hour to speak with someone. I explained the situation and gave them my insurance information again. Obviously, they were still billing incorrectly. Finally, the last time my insurance company gave me their direct fax number for MC to fax the claim to them. Haven't heard from them since. Today (October 17th) I received a bill from Quest Diagnostics for a rapid strept test that was done at MC. The bill from MC also included this same exact test. In addition, I was fairly certain I had strept throat because I get it often and am properly diagnosed through a strept culture for strain C by my old doctor in Athens (I moved and was in a hurry so I had to see a new doctor this time). In all my bill would have been $230 for one rapid strept test done by a nurse practitioner that they said was negative and only tested for strain A. Would definitely recommend going to an actual doctor's office if you have time.

  The health care provider at this CVS clinic is extremely rude and should not be working With the public. She obviously really hates her job. I was very disappointed with my first experience at a Minute Clinic.

  Minute Clinic. Was seen by a Nigerian Doctor. A Lady by the name of Adebimpe Omoluabi. She was 1st Class, Very Professional and Kind.

  Waited 4.5 hours to be seen, even though estimated wait time was 1 hr 41 mins. I recieved a text to come back wiithin 30 mins or else I would lose place in line, but then waited 2 HOURS at the location while the nurses sat in their rooms with doors locked. Then one left early without announcement. Ended up taking my whole day and the nurse was completely incompetent and unapologetic. NEVER AGAIN.
