Had a horrible experience at Walgreens walk in clinic on central ave downtown Phoenix. Didn’t even get the help I needed after waiting for 45 mins even with having scheduled an appointment. Scheduled an appointment with CVS Minute clinic right after. Got right in and my provider Elizabeth Fallers gave exceptional service and diagnosed my issue right away.

The Minute Clinics in Phoenix won't let you book an appt. in advance, except to sit in line, so we arrived 2.5 hours before their lunch break. The clinic doesn't allot enough time for patients, thus making the Practitioner run over. We waited 2 hours, to only get bumped after lunch, adding another 90 minutes to our wait. We just left. We don't have all day to wait. Healthcare Clinic at Walgreens let us pre-book, so we don't waste our time at Phoenix Minute Clinics anymore.

I went in for nausea and abdominal pain and ended up in an ambulance to the emergency room. All she had to do was give me a strong medicine stop the nausea so I could go home and put a hot pack on my abdomen. My abdomen was strained because I had been dry heaving all morning. I am done with healthcare. They need to listen to the patient and do what we ask because we are the ones paying for the service. Half of the healthcare professional don’t know what they are doing. She was nice but wasted my time since I know my body. I never asked for any pain meds. I hate those and I don’t have an addictive personality. I just wanted the nausea to stop. Just like the hospital ER, they think we all want drugs. The fire department gave me Zofron for the nausea and I started feeling better after it kicked in on the way to ER. The ER was full and the personnel there were idiots at Abrozo. I told them that it hurt worse to sit up, so I left so I could go home and lye down as again another person not listening to me. The patient who pays. I will not be going back to minute clinic and or ER unless doctor authorizes it. That’s my life I can’t get back now.

The physician who helped me was amiable and eager to help me with my ailment. She did a great job getting to know me, rather than just hear about my ailment. The wait time during the day was 45 minutes, by during the evening I was immediately called in.

Made an appointment online 2 hours prior to coming. Was supposed to be seen at 230pm and the nurse decided to go to lunch at 220pm. Even though the posted and normal lunch hour is 130-230... so not only did I have to wait another hour of time I did not have when I asked the store manager about he basically chalked it up to that's the Doctor and they have nothing to do with it. Look I understand taking a late lunch break but at least don't make appointments or if you do some communication would be nice. Like if I wanted to wait over an hour I would have just walked in and not wasted my time online. But for real y'all need some communication. People have left because posted times are wrong. False advertising!
