  Don't use the web check in feature unless you want you be skipped over and have 45 minutes added to your wait time.

  After checking in, waiting for two people to be seen before me, and walking around the store for almost 30 minutes, I was turned away at 7:00 because they would not have time to see me for pink eye before 7:30. The practitioner was training someone new. This does not seem like it would be the way I want my employees trained. This is the second time this has happened to me. I will never visit another Minute Clinic and will tell every single person I know about this experience and post it on my social media. Way to go Minute Clinic!!!!!

  Terrible bedside manner today; this was my second visit to Minute Clinic and little did I know it was going to be a complete disaster. Went in because of a cold, it was blamed on allergies. I was spoken to like I was stupid. I had to probe and ask questions to get to the bottom of what possibly could be done. I let her know at the time of the appointment that I was displeased. She had the audacity to as me why I wrote her name down, I told her point blank so I could call in and voice my displeasure. Then when I received my paperwork, the practioner had put in FALSE statements about my health history and FALSE statements about what I voiced as ailments. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND INSURANCE COMPANY CLAIMS PAYMENTS. RN's name was Caroline. As well as I was waiting for my appointment to begin I saw and heard another one the the practitioners speaking to another patient like they were stupid. The patient's dad asked how much the treatment would be without insurance, and she spoke loudly to him stating $129 or $125 dollars, vocally insinuating that he could not pay. They man told his daughter and his mother "Let's just leave." Last time I checked loudly discussing another patients treatment options/the reason for their visit is a HIPPA violation. I will NEVER return here and I suggest not to visit at all.

  The PA kept asking me about my "accent". I'm born and raised in Fort Worth. All i can figure out is that I don't have a heavy drawl like the PA did. She seemed so caught up on my "lack of accent" I'm not even sure how the visit for an eye infection went. I was so stunned she kept making accent remarks. I got a prescription that cleared up the infection at least. Very off putting visit.

  The wait time when I checked in estimated 45 minutes. I wasn't crazy about it but decided to wait. After being there awhile I started considering going somewhere else but received a text saying if I had left the waiting area I should return in the next 30 minutes. I assumed this meant I would be seen soon. TWO HOURS LATER it was finally my turn and the PA allowed another person to go ahead of me without checking with me first. I should have read the reviews before I went. Never again.
