  Love the office. Staff was nice & friendly. They helped with all the questions I had. I really enjoyed the team effort. I did see several faces through out my visit & I really enjoyed that. The Dr were both awesome!!! I would definitely recommend MINT to my family & friends. :)

  Very impressed with Mint Dentistry! Very clean office. Very friendly office staff! Staff explains everything to you in detail before starting a procedure. I honestly just came for the free whitening but I will definitely be coming back for routine dental work!

  So I was really excited to go to Mint dentistry. I went to the website and made my appointment which was very convenient and simple. I was able to get a date that worked well for me. They had a section on the site to fill out my new patient paperwork beforehand. This was a real plus also so I took time to fill out all the new patient paperwork and was all set for my appointment. So a few days later I thought it was strange when I kept getting calls from the office. Anyway they needed more information. And then when I came in none of the paperwork was available to the staff. I had wasted my time filling out the online new patient paperwork. It wasn’t the fault of the staff apparently this is just how the system they use works but I wasn’t happy about having my time wasted.

  This was my first time as a patient at Mint Dentistry NRH, and I was very impressed. The staff were all very welcoming and made me feel valued. I was only in for a routine cleaning and Cindy was my dental hygienist. She was very professional and proficient at her job. I hope she is available to clean my teeth during future visits. The front desk staff were also very friendly. Amber explained my insurance information and cost obligations very clearly and scheduled my return appointment for me. I highly recommend Mint Dentistry.

  Everyone is different, so this is just my experience. I needed to reschedule my appointment and they were able to take me same day. That was awesome. The first hygienist was very informative, respectful, and professional. Doc was nice and personable. It had been 7 years since my last dental visit, so I needed a mid level cleaning. That was the most uncomfortable cleaning I have ever had. They used a numbing gel on my gums that was insufficient so the tool caused pain and discomfort. I chose to continue because it wasn't unbearable. Water was splashing all over my face and running down my jaw and neck. Highly unpleasant. And the rinse water was FREEZING and kind of hurt my teeth. My mouth hurt at the end of my appointment. Is this normal?? You cannot watch anything while being treated, which is not what I gathered from the commercials. There is no screen above you so good luck seeing it on the wall while on your back. Even if you're watching something while waiting in the chair, they come in and out and talk to you so you'd be constantly pausing it. Glad I didn't elect for that in the beginning. I have some cavities that need to be fixed and was told my out of pocket would be upwards of $1700, BUT if I sign up for this Smile Club thing for $5/mo, all I have to pay is my deductible and I can cancel at any time. So wait, you're telling me that I can pay $55 for $1700 worth of treatment? Sounds great, right? Well this is the deal. She admitted they overcharge the insurance to get the bottom line ($720). So that means you're wanting to wallet rape me $980, but offer this cute little monthly package for $5/mo to make me feel like I'm getting a great deal? They got insurance to pay and they know I'm not paying $1700, so they use this Club as a way to get more money because most people probably don't cancel after a month making it more profitable in the long run. Sounds like unethical business practice to me. But of course I'll do it because I'm not going to get that deal elsewhere, so they've got me. Overall, I'm not impressed.
