  I'm giving them a bad review because they are never on the road during peak speeding time. Never once seen them patrol I 35 at 5:30 in the morning when people are flying 85 in a 55, but at 3:30 pm, they're ready to screw someone's day up. Never around to enforce traffic laws or catch people passing on the shoulder.
