  Interesting outdoor market with a wide selection of, fresh from the grower, produce and other food items. Also a numerous stalls selling a variety of crafts and other interesting and often hand made items. Several stands selling food to eat on site. Fun place to visit. Parking is free but sometimes can be tough to find a spot. Restroom facilities, such as they are, on site.

  Huge and wonderful. Going there is a festive experience, beyond the amazing shopping opportunities. We came away with so much tasty food, and we could talk to the people who grew it or made it, so we can feel good about the quality. We found many things that we can't find in stores.

  So thankful for the Minneapolis farmers market. There is such a great selection of fresh, seasonal produce and it's affordable to boot. Love to come early, grab a drink, try all the samples, pick up a beautifully arranged (astonishingly cheap) bouquet of flowers, and of course a week's worth of produce. Highly recommend. Great way to spend a weekend morning. (Also recommend checking for metered parking along Lakeside or Border Ave--much cheaper and more navigable than the $5 parking under the bridge).
