  It has been about 4 years of trying to get them to replace the counter tops my customers kitchen. They offered to replace the fireplace hearth which is badly stained due to the wrong adhesive being used. The kitchen counter tops are not as bad, but have many brown or tan stains and he says that he won't replace them. When we first saw them I told Paul that we could wait for a year or so to see if they went away, but they did not. When Paul continued to ignore me I tried to collect from his bond and they said that he offered to inspect the counters and so they would not pay to have them replaced. He did inspect the counters and said he would not replace them. I wish I could show you the pictures. I now have to resort to legal action to try and get this resolved for my customer.
