  Awesome service !!! Covered everything possible under the warranty and explained what needs to be done ASAP vs what needs to be done in the near future. Not pushy at all. Peter was very helpful.

  Eh... it's nothing special. The overall experience felt like a highway rest stop Burger King. You are just a number, not a human. If my car wasn't under warranty I wouldn't take it there. I would definitely recommend not buy a car from them. I was told I couldn't afford the car I wanted. I did however purchase the car I wanted from another dealer.

  I have always had a pleasant experience dealing with John and the service team at MINI of Fairfield County. They are courteous, prompt and go out of their way to be accommodating. I own my MINI and will continue to service there even after my free service is over.

  We had an excellent experience leasing our new Mini Cooper four door hardtop. Our motoring advisor Carol Moore was outstanding. She's very knowledgeable about the vehicles, gave us her time and attention, and good incentives. We love our new mini.

  This shop is great overall. My car ended up requiring fairly major series of work (clutch, brake pads, etc.) and I found that I had to keep calling my service manager for status updates - and even for the original diagnosis. I would think they should take a more proactive effort as the service of your car unfolds. This was most relevant with respect to coordinating the timing to pick-up my car.
