  Great car buying experience at Mini of Dutchess. I have always liked Minis, and I was in the market for a new vehicle and decided to check them out. I didn't know much about the different models, and Perry was extremely helpful in showing me the different cars, and explaining the differences. He was patient with me as I wanted to drive the different models to check them out for myself. I ended up with a Clubman, and I love it. I went in on a Friday and the next day it was ready for me. The process took some time, because there is a lot to learn in the car and there is a lot of paperwork, but nothing out of the norm for buying a new vehicle. Overall I am extremely happy.

  Since 2003, I've wanted a Mini. For various reasons, it never happened. Last year my Honda lease was nearly up and I went to a Mini dealer (that shall remain nameless) to finally look into purchasing a Mini. I met a sales team that didn't seem very interested in selling to me so I bought out my Honda. Two months ago I had an accident and my Honda was a total loss. I decided to revisit the idea of a Mini and went back to that dealer. Once again I was met with very little interest in selling to me. I started looking at other dealers and found Mini of Dutchess County. From my first contact on the phone with them I could tell this was a completely different place. That was confirmed when we went to the dealership and met with Spiro Bogris. He was wonderful. He sat with us for hours discussing our options and what would work best for US. Once we decided on a vehicle, he addressed every question and worked with us for several days to get us the best deal for US. Two days after purchasing the car, he called to make sure we were happy and to let us know he's available if we need anything. Every person we dealt with, from Alexandra and Helen at the front desk to Spiro in sales to Mike the manager to Lance in financing, we were treated like old friends and like our sale was the most important in the world. I would, and likely will, buy from them again. Especially if I can deal with Spiro. Best car buying experience to date. And i finally have my Mini. :)

  I'd been looking to buy a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and Mini of Duchess had a low mileage used one on the lot. My wife and I went to check it out and Frank was working. He was great! Very knowledgeable about the Jeep and some other cars we asked about. Frank gave us his number and said we could text him if we had any questions. Of course, when we got home we did have some questions which he quickly clarified. We did buy the Jeep and Frank made it a comfortable, stress free experience. Next time I need a car I'm going to see Frank Gizzi!

  I must give a shout out to Ed Winter, my motor specialist, for crafting an amazing deal for me on a new 2018 MINI Convertible S. He got me a trade-in price on my current MINI that exceeded the Kelly Blue Book value! And there was never any feeling that I had to buy or was being oversold.Ed was highly professional and easy to work with. My husband and I both bought our MINIs at this dealership and we go here for service as well. Everyone down the line, from the Service Department staff (Mark) to the Manager [Lance) are exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Who new buying and maintaining a car could be so pleasurable?! You have our loyalty, MINI of Dutchess County!

  Perry made it happen. It was a bit rocky at first because i came to the dealership last week with the hopes of getting a specific color MINI Countryman S ALL4 as a surprise gift to my fiance, but when i arrived, i saw plates being put on the car i came to work on a deal purchasing. Perry met with me and explained the problem and how lack of communication down the line was the primary factor as to why i didn't find out the car was sold prior to me getting there. I told him I understand dealerships have a job and that is to sell cars and its not like i had a deposit down on the car, so where do we go from here? He then showed me some other options out in the inventory lot outside. He was a very well spoken, nice guy and he knew what he was talking about when it came to these cars. If any topic about the car came up, he was right on it with well-detailed examples and explanations to that part of the vehicle. We went on a test drive and during the test drive he explained the functions for different desired driving styles and we also joked about various other things. I almost forgot it was a test drive to be honest and nearly missed my turn back to the dealership. Anyway i loved the car and i knew it'd be great for my lady, so we went through with the paperwork process and my fiance was nearly in tears when we got the car a couple days later. It wasn't exactly what i came for, but i feel like i ended up with a better deal and i have a happier woman now due to all the help Perry was, so thank you Perry. Five Stars to you.
