  Last year, with Aaron's help, I ran my first 100 miler. This year, with Aaron's help, I ran the same 100 miler faster. Before coming to Aaron, I was getting enough running training in, but my body mechanics and alignment needed help. I'd continually get injured and experience setbacks. With Aaron's guidance, I have come to understand better movement patterns which reduce injury and discomfort. I have also learned how to do my own body maintenance and knowledge of the physical systems involved in running. That pain in my knee may have nothing to do with you knee. It could originate upstream or downstream for the sensation. By learning and applying principles taught to me by Aaron, today I can go further with less effort and pain. I believe that what worked for me can work for anyone else.
