  I started practicing yoga last fall, and I made it to 2 classes at another studio before I moved to Crystal City. I was wondering whether or not I wanted to find a new studio in Crystal City or make the trek back to my old neighborhood, so I did some searching online and discovered MYBO, which happened to be a quick 2 minute walk away. I stopped by one afternoon to ask if they offered any classes or workshops geared toward new students, and the owner, Amanda, was kind enough to take me on a tour of the studio and gave me a rundown of the various classes they offered. What I appreciated most was her asking me what I hoped to achieve in my yoga practice, and her giving me suggestions for which classes could best help me achieve my goals. I went to my first class and was hooked. Every class I have been to since has been amazing, and as someone who is relatively new to yoga, I appreciate the variety of styles. The instructors are always friendly and willing to help me get the most out of my classes. I'm really excited for the outdoor classes to start up this summer, which I think is a really great offering from MYBO! So if you're like me and are searching the Internet for yoga studios in Arlington, I would like to add to the collection of rave reviews that helped lead me to choose MYBO!

  Had a great time at MYBO. I took my first ever Yoga class here and it was so much fun. I took one of their community classes to see if this was something that I wanted to incorporate in my workout routine more regularly. It was a great option for a beginner like myself who had no idea what to expect from a Yoga session. The venue is so relaxing and the instructors were so warm and welcoming. Special shout out to my first Yoga instructor, Candice Martin. She was very patient and so much fun. I love her music choices.

  I've been going to this studio since it opened. Everyone is super friendly, the space is zen-full, yet dynamic - and the classes (pilates, yoga, hot yoga, barre) are all great. I also enjoy the sauna - give it a try! You'll love this place because there's something for everyone and you'll feel transported.

  At Mind Your Body Oasis they take a personal interest in your health and well-being. I had some physical limitations and they worked to accommodate or mitigate to give me the best service possible. Vicky was superb in getting it right. Love it here.
