  I was told that they would guarentee getting rid of my bed bug issue. I heat treated all my clothing and sealing those shut after twisted the top of the sack, i am still being bit. I was told that the clothing could not be in the house until thermal treatment was complete. However, i messaged a few other pest control companies, and they both said why are the votes being removed for the treatment? They agreed that the clothes could be heat treated in the dryer for 40 minutes, but they also stated that doing this potentially spreads the bed bugs. I have a feeling my car and garage are now carriers of this menace. Unfortunately, i was told that pest pro would gladly do another thermal treatment, with or without clothing present- but this time it would cost me $1600.00. , which I don't have. Not complaining here, but I am entrusting the company for bed bug treatment and it cut back on the problem, but I am still being bit. Here is an update of the situation. I do have a guarenteed for the problem. I had a guy come to my home on Wednesday, July 13th. He sprayed some pesticide which he said will work for 2 months. Meanwhile, they told me that if I see a live bed bug, to seal it in baggie. Then they would do an additional thermal treatment. It was explained that a live bed bug would be the only way to confirm there is still activity. The company is working with me to ensure that the bed bugs are gone- and stay gone.

  Their chemical-free alternative for exterminating bedbugs kills bed bugs and their eggs in one day. They also have the traditional chemical solution too though, which is more cost-effective, but takes longer to get rid of bed bugs.
