::Way to HIGH priced parking
Amanda Roraff
::While one of the least expensive daily parking structures in the area, the structure is crumbling, dangerous, and not well lit. In one instance, there was a leak above my parking spot, so when I came out to my car later that evening, there was a 2" coat of ice on my roof, windshield and hood of my car, which took days to melt off. In order to travel from floor to floor, you have to honk multiple times to warn other drivers that you're coming because it's one way. In one instance, I almost ran over a many walking up the ramp and in another, my car slid down the ramp and I almost hit the side wall. Some of my colleagues and I periodically park here because it's convenient and affordable, but it's referred to as the "scary structure" because of it's dark and crumbling conditions. Plus they only accept cash, which at times is very inconvenient.

::Ramps to upper levels are one way only. Tiny parking spaces. Only plus is it’s only $10.

::GREAT PARKING in downtown Detroit! $10 a day and I tip the valet drivers. They always remember my car. It's great!

::Parked here for free for a few hours and my car was safe somehow!
