  Charged my credit card without permission as well as overcharging when they were already sent a check for the amount.

  It’s the worst. Not only waited over an hour past my appointment time. I had a quick strep throat test that I’ve been waiting over 2 days for results now so went to another local clinic and they were able to give me a result in 15 minutes. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  They sneakily bill for every little thing and overcharge at that. I have gotten the slightest care but billed largely for it. Also, the receptionists at the front desk are all very rude in-person and over the phone. They have 0 customer service skills and speak with a very matter-of-fact tone. I will never visit them again.

  1. They spent my entire deductible by themselves. Gave me an invalid celiac test and billed me for it in addition to the second one 2. They close at 3pm so only Lincoln Park people can really make appointments on time. 3. Their nurse told me gays are not the only people who can't give blood so it's not really discrimination 4. Repeatedly implied I don't understand insurance

  Beautiful and modern office- extremely efficient flow. Her receptionists are utterly professional and extremely attentive to details. The waiting room is extremely pleasant and comfortable. I came to see Dr Khan as a recommendation from another health care provider. She came in highly recommended and is a true gem. Dr Khan is really thoughtful, organized, efficient and professional. As a physician I appreciate her willingness to be flexible and available to meet my needs. It does help that she has a very personable personality and her nurse practioners are very kind as well. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding and comprehensive medical primary care in the Loop/South Loop/Downtown Chicago!
